He is responsible for the definition and delivery of Sonus’ overall security strategy in addition to the company’s session border controller product lines. With over 30 years of experience, Bob brings a wealth of market and technical knowledge to Sonus. He has published a number of trade press articles covering security and is a frequent speaker at industry symposia. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

He is currently a board member of the NGN/IMS Forum, a non-profit industry association that focuses on IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) interoperability and best practices.

Prior to joining Sonus, Sattwik served in various roles as a product manager, business analyst and web developer. As a young member of the SBC product management team, he brings a fresh outlook to the industry that makes up for his anemic arsenal of industry cliches which, he assures us, is growing every day. Sattwik holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and a Masters of Computer Science from The George Washington University.

Ron served as the chief architect and lead developer of the NBS product line at Sonus Networks before becoming the director of NBS product management, where he continues to drive the development of the NBS5200 and NBS9000 SBCs. Previously, Ron worked at AT&T in both their PBX and data/video conferencing product development teams. More recently, he worked with Ascend in their data/security division, building routers with embedded VPN capabilities. Ron has worked in telecom product development for 30 years.

He brings over 30 years of high-tech experience to Sonus Networks, with the last two decades in the telecommunications industry. Dan has worked as an engineer at Sun Microsystems in their workstations group, and has founded two startup companies: Aurora Technologies (in the UNIX workstation market) and Pelago Networks. Most recently, he served as product manager for Dialogic’s Vision product, an enhanced voice and video services platform for service providers. Dan holds an M.B.A. from Babson College.
